Flexible loan term

Your loan term can be up to 36 months, giving you flexibility for repayment

Start with interest-only payments

For the first three months after receiving your loan, you’ll only pay interest, giving you time to settle in

After three months, your payments will increase to include both principal + interest, helping you pay off your loan

Windmill has no extra fees, and if you choose to repay your loan early, there are no penalties

Here’s what your loan repayment plan will look like

Unfortunately, you do not qualify for a Windmill EMPP loan

To qualify for a Windmill EMPP loan, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Confirmed employment: you must have secured a job with a Canadian employer to be eligible for a Windmill EMPP loan

2. Partnership requirement: you must be working with an EMPP-approved partner, such as one of the following:

- Ansari Immigration Law

- FOCUS Humanitarian Assistance

- Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)

- Jumpstart Refugee Talent

- Refugee Point

- TalentLift 

- Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB)

- World University Service of Canada (WUSC)

3. Immigration status: you must have applied for permanent residency through the EMPP program
